If a return is authorized, the product being returned needs to be in original, unopened packaging. No returns or refunds will be made without an authorization number from a Horse Armor, LLC representative.
Customer Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your product, or you feel there was an error made on your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will refund purchases if an error was made by Horse Armor, LLC and/or it's representatives, or it's manufacturers of products.

We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations. Additional shipping charges will apply to these destinations. Order Processing Time
